2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Yama Sushi reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Secure online payment / payment on site. Accepted methods: cash or bank card, at the restaurant on collection.
4. Delivery / collection
Terms and lead times: takeaway only, collected at the restaurant at the time chosen when ordering; the restaurant does not deliver.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 59(1)(d) and (n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
